Five Family Trees from both my sides of the family and my husband's family as well. Also included the Badcock/Peace side from my aunt.Her grandmother, Mary Eliza Meaker had walked around the Thurloxton area of Somerset getting the reocrds of her family from the local churches, probably around 1900.
The James family originally came from Chipping Campden, before moving to Birmingham for work. Other James families stayed in the area and some also moved down to Kent.
The Bowen name didn't start out life as Bowen but Bown/e. Only this side of the family changed the name. The family are originally from Leicestershire.
The Young family originate in Hull, East Yorkshire.
The Kirkham family originate in Madeley, Shropshire. Many of the family were miners and moved around mining towns across the England.
